Job summary

Keysight is seeking a senior leader in Penang, Malaysia to drive supplier compliance programs across the supply chain. You will ensure global regulatory alignment, collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Legal, and strengthen governance through assessments and due diligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in supplier compliance, regulatory affairs, product compliance, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of RoHS, REACH, ESG, Conflict Minerals, PFAS, EUDR or similar requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of supplier compliance programs across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Legal to ensure compliance readiness.
• Identify compliance risks and drive mitigation actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
