Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Supplier Compliance Lead to develop and run supplier compliance programs and ensure adherence to global regulatory and corporate requirements across the supply chain.

You will act as the subject matter expert for regulatory compliance, drive supplier assessments and due diligence, and collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Legal to strengthen governance and enable sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in supplier compliance, regulatory affairs, product compliance, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of RoHS, REACH, ESG, Conflict Minerals, PFAS, EUDR, or similar requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive compliance initiatives with suppliers.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
