Job summary

Keysight seeks a seasoned professional to lead the AI-enabled Supplier Compliance Management System, transforming supplier compliance through automation and data-driven insights.

You will partner with Compliance, Procurement, IT, and Supply Chain to deliver scalable digital solutions, drive transformation, and strengthen audit readiness across the global network. A minimum of 7 years in supplier compliance or related areas is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in supplier compliance, regulatory compliance, supply chain management, digital solutions, or related areas.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation, automation, or enterprise system implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, dashboarding tools, process improvement, and project management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
