Job summary

Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a diligent Outlet Assistant to support the Store Manager in daily operations, promotions, cash handling, and daily reporting.

You will supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, manage displays and merchandising, and contribute to sales growth while maintaining store cleanliness.

This role focuses on building rapport with customers, addressing inquiries, and upholding procedures to ensure smooth outlet performance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate daily tasks.
• Maintain store display and cleanliness; handle promotions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation.
• Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc).
• Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up).
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers.
• Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth.
• Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation.
• Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer.
• Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
• Assisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanliness.
