• Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge with overall Outlet Operation.
• Handle all day-to-day store tasks including cash handling, daily reports and promotions.
• Supervise staff attendance, briefing and follow-up.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Contribute to outlet sales achievement and sales growth.
• Maintain cash accurately and keep proper operation records.
• Actively promote stock or promotional activities to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints.
• Assist in display, merchandising and cleanliness of the outlet.

Responsible in assisting Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation

Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)

Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)

To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers

Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth

Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation

Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer

Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints

Assisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
