Job summary

Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd is seeking an Outlet Assistant to support the Store Manager in daily operations at our Kuala Lumpur outlet. You will handle cash, reports, promotions, and ensure smooth store flow.

You will supervise staff attendance and briefings, deliver excellent customer service, and build rapport with shoppers while promoting products and merchandising standards. This role contributes to sales targets and requires maintaining accurate cash handling and prompt handling of

• Experience in a retail or health & beauty environment is preferred.
• Ability to oversee cash handling and daily reconciliations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsible in assisting Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation

Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)

Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)

To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers

Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth

Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation

Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer

Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints

Assisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
