Job summary

Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd is seeking a Store Outlet Assistant to support the Store Manager in daily operations, handling cash, daily reports, promotions, and ensuring smooth outlet running in Malaysia.

You will supervise staff, deliver excellent customer service, promote products, manage displays and merchandising, and contribute to sales growth while keeping accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation
• Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)
• Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)
• To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers
• Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth
• Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation
• Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer
• Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
• Assisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
