Job summary

Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd is seeking a Store Operations Assistant to support the Store Manager in overall outlet operations and ensure smooth day-to-day running at the Kajang store. You will handle cash, daily reports, and promotional activities while supervising staff and maintaining high standards of customer service.

The role focuses on achieving sales growth, accurate cash handling, and tidy merchandising with attention to display and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge in overall Outlet Operation.
• Handle day-to-day store tasks including cash handling, daily reports, and promotions.
• Supervise staff attendance, briefing and follow-up.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Contribute to outlet sales growth and achievement.
• Maintain cash records and adhere to procedures.

Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)

To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers

Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth

Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation

Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer
