Job summary

Chubb Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Billing Supervisor to lead and support the daily activities of the billing team. You will ensure invoices are prepared, checked, and submitted on time while monitoring transactions and resolving discrepancies. The role requires coordination with other departments and ongoing process improvements.

You will train and guide team members, ensure data accuracy, and provide management with regular billing reports and updates.

• Monitor billing transactions and follow up on outstanding issues
• Review billing records and ensure data accuracy
• Attend meeting with clients, handle and resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues
• Prepare billing reports and provide updates to management
• Train, guide and monitor team members’ performance
• Ensure the team follows company policies and billing procedures
• Assist the Billing Manager with process improvements and other assigned tasks
