Job summary

Sanmina-SCI Systems (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (Technoplex Penang) is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee staffing, demand planning, and shop floor control on the Penang site.

You will mentor leaders, coordinate with support functions, and drive improvements using dashboard systems. Applicants should have a degree in management or related field, and knowledge of auto request systems and SFC troubleshooting.

• Degree in Management or relevant field required
• Knowledge of auto request system and SFC troubleshooting
• Ability to coordinate with other support functions to meet business needs
• Capable of mentoring/coaching future leaders
