Job summary

CCK Group of Companies is seeking a supermarket department supervisor to drive sales, manage stock flow, and maintain display quality. You will lead a team from Sales Assistant to Supervisor, coordinate with Merchandising on promotions, and ensure SOP compliance across the department.

The role requires shift work, weekend and holiday availability, and demonstrated leadership in a grocery environment. Strong stock and operations experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experiences in Supermarket, Grocery is add advantage.
• Able to work by shift, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achievement of sales budget of assigned section, managing and ordering stocks.
• Responsible for operation of the department, stocks arrangement, stocks display, stocks quality and stocks management.

We are awarded the Certificates of Halal by the Islamic Development Department of Malaysia (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia) and Sarawak Islamic Council (Majlis Islam Sarawak).

We have 40 wholesale and retail stores, trading departments as well as factories throughout Sarawak, Sabah and Peninsular Malaysia.
