Job summary

CCK Consolidated Holdings Berhad in Sarawak is seeking an Assistant to support the credit department by processing applications, performing data entry, and reviewing information to ensure accuracy of records.

You will assist with credit analysis data gathering, preliminary assessment, and communication with customers and internal staff, while handling reporting and documentation and maintaining orderly filing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of financial statements and credit principles.
• Experience with credit management software.
• Able to perform decision making and problem solving.
• Possess teamwork, time management, analyzing and observation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job description

Assistant to credit application processing by receiving & review application, data entry, verification.

Assistant to credit analysis support in data gathering & preliminary analysis.

Assistant to customer & internal staff communication.

Assistant to reporting & documentation.

Administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence & filing system.

Compliance and record keeping regarding policy adherence, ensure record accuracy.

Support to credit department in team collaboration and proves improvement.

Job Requirements

Possess basic understanding of financial statements and credit principles.

Experience with credit management software.

Able to perform decision making and problem solving.

Possess teamwork, time management, analyzing and observation skills.

Computer literacy such as proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.

Familiar in Accounting/Credit Analysis related work is an added advantage.

The CCK Group is the collective name for CCK and its subsidiaries, with the principal activities of poultry, seafood, trading and transportation.

The integrated supply chain consists of breeder, hatchery and boiler farms. Our poultry abattoir is fully equipped with coldstorage facilities and full logistics set-up. The poultry division is well-equipped with the latest breeding farm technologies, computer-controlled hatching chambers and automated abattoir, capable of processing approximately 4,000 birds per hour. Currently we process 20,000 to 25,000 birds per day.

Our abattoir is the only poultry abattoir in Sarawak with a HACCP certification from the Malaysian Government, thus poised to supply both domestic and international consumers with good wholesome chicken meat economically. We are awarded the Certificates of Halal by the Islamic Development Department of Malaysia (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia) and Sarawak Islamic Council (Majlis Islam Sarawak).

We have 40 wholesale and retail stores, trading departments as well as factories throughout Sarawak, Sabah and Peninsular Malaysia.
