Job summary

CCK Consolidated Holdings Berhad in Sarawak seeks a Supervisory-level candidate to oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth running and customer satisfaction.

You will monitor inventory control, manage stock replenishment, expiry and returns, and oversee the Fresh & Frozen section. The role requires shift work including weekends and holidays, and leadership skills; stock management is advantageous.

• At least 1 years supervisor experience in retail and supermarket.

The integrated supply chain consists of breeder, hatchery and boiler farms. Our poultry abattoir is fully equipped with coldstorage facilities and full logistics set-up. The poultry division is well-equipped with the latest breeding farm technologies, computer-controlled hatching chambers and automated abattoir, capable of processing approximately 4,000 birds per hour. Currently we process 20,000 to 25,000 birds per day.

Our abattoir is the only poultry abattoir in Sarawak with a HACCP certification from the Malaysian Government, thus poised to supply both domestic and international consumers with good wholesome chicken meat economically. We are awarded the Certificates of Halal by the Islamic Development Department of Malaysia (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia) and Sarawak Islamic Council (Majlis Islam Sarawak).

We have 40 wholesale and retail stores, trading departments as well as factories throughout Sarawak, Sabah and Peninsular Malaysia.
