Improvement of customer service quality, customer relations, cleanliness, implementation.

Management and supervision of staff, compliance with company rules and regulations, monitoring and guidance of working conditions and attitudes, and shift management.

Appropriate ordering, creation of sales areas that do not run out of stock, loss control, and inventory control.

Execution and management of sales plans, merchandise organization, and merchandise replenishment management.

Cash register float money management or Safe money management.

Management and organize forms, documents, manuals, files, and records.

Handle customer issues and complaints.

Store, equipment and fixtures management.

Store security, crime prevention, store interior and tidiness.

The integrated supply chain consists of breeder, hatchery and boiler farms. Our poultry abattoir is fully equipped with coldstorage facilities and full logistics set-up. The poultry division is well-equipped with the latest breeding farm technologies, computer-controlled hatching chambers and automated abattoir, capable of processing approximately 4,000 birds per hour. Currently we process 20,000 to 25,000 birds per day.

Our abattoir is the only poultry abattoir in Sarawak with a HACCP certification from the Malaysian Government, thus poised to supply both domestic and international consumers with good wholesome chicken meat economically. We are awarded the Certificates of Halal by the Islamic Development Department of Malaysia (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia) and Sarawak Islamic Council (Majlis Islam Sarawak).

We have 40 wholesale and retail stores, trading departments as well as factories throughout Sarawak, Sabah and Peninsular Malaysia.
