Job summary

ETD Makmur (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Substation Project Lead to manage end-to-end project delivery across procurement, engineering, construction, installation, testing and commissioning. You will coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient delivery in line with contractual requirements and industry standards.

4–5 years of relevant experience and a degree in Electrical Engineering are required; GCWP/RAA are highly desirable, and travel readiness is

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
4–5 years of relevant experience delivering substation projects 132kV and above.
Solid understanding of TNB Grid Development standards and construction practices.
GCWP and RAA certification are highly desirable.
Own transport and willingness to travel; able to work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of substation projects from procurement, engineering and construction through installation, testing and commissioning.
Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, site teams and subcontractors.
Develop and monitor project work programmes to ensure timely completion and contractual compliance.
Prepare progress reports, progress claims and outage plans as part of project documentation.
Coordinate activities and monitor progress to support successful project delivery.
