Zusammenfassung

Hasilwan Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Manager to lead Transmission & Distribution Substation projects up to 275kV, ensuring timely delivery, safety, and compliance with grid codes and contractual requirements.

You will supervise HV/MV/EHV substations, oversee EPCC scope, coordinate high-voltage equipment, and liaise with authorities for approvals. A Civil/Electrical Engineering degree and 5–7 years in T&D are required; HV testing experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years’ experience in T&D Substation Projects up to 275kV.
• Strong technical knowledge of Substation systems, Power transformers, GIS/AIS switchgear, Protection relays & control systems.
• Experience in high-voltage testing & commissioning is an advantage.
• Familiar with utility standards, grid compliance, and HV safety regulations.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage HV/MV/EHV substation projects (up to 275kV) assigned by Management.
• Oversee full EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing & Commissioning) scope for substations.
• Supervise installation and integration of 275kV / 132kV / 33kV substation systems, including transformers, GIS/AIS switchgear, SCADA / RTU systems.
• Ensure all works comply with T&D standards, utility requirements (e.g., TNB), and grid codes for 275kV substations.
• Review and coordinate engineering documentation including SLD, protection schemes, layouts, FAT/SAT, and test & commissioning reports.
• Manage authority submissions and technical approvals related to high-voltage substation works.
• Oversee substation construction, equipment installation, cable works, earthing & lightning protection systems.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of high-voltage electrical equipment.
• Monitor contractors and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with HV installation standards.
• Support finance matters including progress claims, variation orders submissions, and contract documentation.
