Job summary

One Space Wellness Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a reliable and organized individual for a flexible role (part-time/full-time/contract) with remote or hybrid work. You will support studio members, handle admin tasks, schedule events from Mon-Fri 9-5, and contribute to workshops.

This role involves handling member inquiries, managing memberships, data collection, and assisting with marketing activities, with opportunities to train as an in-house instructor.

Qualifications

• Respond to member inquiries via chat with high satisfaction.
• Manage membership records and renewals.
• Compile data on class attendance and feedback.
• Coordinate online events, workshops and classes.
• Support marketing and communications for studio activities.
• Perform additional admin tasks remotely.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries via chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Manage membership records, update member information, and assist with renewals or changes.
• Compile and organize data related to class attendance, member feedback, and other studio metrics.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating online events, workshops, and classes.
• Support marketing and communications related to studio activities.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed, all from home upon request.
