Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for a Sales & Admin Team member to blend sales and administrative duties at our Kajang Pilates Studio in Selangor. This is a full-time role focused on client interactions and studio operations.

You will handle multi-platform content, social media publishing, inbound/outbound inquiries, scheduling, registrations, and keep systems up to date. A competitive basic salary with a performance bonus and free pilates studio access are offered, with clear career progression.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Platform Content Creation: Produce short-form video reels, studio photo assets, carousel guides, and graphics tailored for Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS), TikTok, and Facebook.
• Social Media Management & Publishing: Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all 4 platforms, optimize copy/hashtags for regional engagement (MY/SG/TW), and monitor channel performance.
• Inbound Lead Conversion & Sales: Handle incoming DMs, WhatsApp inquiries, and phone calls; convert prospects into trial class bookings or instructor certification enrollments.
• Outbound Prospecting & Follow-Ups: Conduct proactive follow-ups with past trial leads, inactive members, and prospective trainees to meet monthly studio revenue targets.
• Campaign Execution & Promo Management: Execute promotional campaigns across social channels and messaging lists.
• Class & Workshop Scheduling (Admin): Manage customer class bookings, instructor shift schedules, package renewals, and system entries via the studio's booking software.
• Client Registration & Student Onboarding (Admin): Process student registrations for certification courses, manage payment receipts, issue learning materials, and archive trainee records.
