Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly Studio Consultant to welcome guests and guide them through DIY Baking, Pottery & Tufting experiences. You will build genuine relationships, manage activities, and ensure a fun, safe environment while maintaining equipment and coordinating with the team.

The role requires strong customer service skills, flexibility in hours, and the ability to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin (a plus). Training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Team player with a sense of responsibility.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in time management, customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Create a happy and entertaining environment for customers during Baking, Pottery, Tufting, Art & Craft experiences.
• Consult customers in products and services, assist them during activities and events.
• Build good relationships with customers and answer inquiries.
• Ensure activities are performed in a fun and safe atmosphere with open communication.
• Maintain equipment, tools and materials in good condition and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team to facilitate large group events and parties.
• Provide consultations for sign-ups to membership packages.
• Keep track of suppliers and order materials when necessary.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed in the studio.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
