The Role

We are actively building our core part-time team to support our upcoming events and to stay on board for our long-term, daily operations. For this specific hiring round, we are looking for creative hustlers to be the voice and vibe of our brand. Your primary mission is to capture the unique energy of our studio through eye-catching graphic design and viral social media video content, all while ensuring our daily on-court operations run flawlessly.

This role operates on highly flexible 4-hour shift blocks, making it an ideal long-term, side-income opportunity for university students or young adults living in the Batu Kawan or mainland area.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design

Film and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) and design clean promotional graphics that capture the fun, beginner-friendly energy of our studio.

Customer Experience & Scheduling

Act as the ultimate host by warmly greeting players, managing walk-ins, and ensuring seamless, on-time transitions between court sessions.

Studio Operations & Upkeep

Keep the space looking premium and running smoothly by safely loading automated ball machines (training provided), collecting stray balls, and maintaining a pristine lounge.

Proactive Marketing

Utilize front-desk downtime to finalize creative assets and social media drops, directly increasing your monthly earnings with every approved submission.

Requirements

Proven eye for graphic design and social media video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, TikTok, etc.). A portfolio or link to past work is required to apply.

High energy, punctual, and naturally loves talking to people.

Comfortable being on your feet for light physical tasks on the court.

Basic English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage).

No prior tennis playing experience is required—just bring the enthusiasm!

Residing near or able to easily commute to Batu Kawan.
