The successful candidate will interview athletes, record clips, and craft short-form videos using CapCut and Canva, while engaging fans across multiple platforms. Evening and weekend availability is required for tournaments.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social media including short videos.
• Ability to conduct live interviews with athletes and sports personalities.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia with conversational English.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when events occur.

Responsibilities

• Host TikTok LIVE sessions daily to promote One Tiger products and demonstrate features.
• Engage viewers, answer product enquiries and drive purchases.
• Plan livestream topics, promotional activities and selling points.
• Monitor livestream performance and work to improve engagement and sales.
• Attend and cover football, futsal, esports and other events.
• Conduct pre/post-match interviews with players, coaches and organisers.
• Record photos and videos during matches and events.
• Produce event highlights and short-form interview clips.
• Plan, record and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts using CapCut and Canva.
• Assist with daily arena operations, bookings, tournaments and events.

One Tiger Sdn Bhd is looking for an energetic, confident and hands-on individual to join our team. This is a hybrid role covering three essential areas: daily TikTok LIVE hosting and product promotion, sports content creation, interviews and tournament coverage, and operational support at One Tiger Arena. The successful candidate must be comfortable appearing on camera, interviewing athletes and sports personalities, creating content using CapCut and Canva, and assisting with day-to-day arena operations. This is an active, on-site position - not a conventional desk-based marketing role.

Key responsibilities

• Host TikTok LIVE sessions daily to promote One Tiger products, present products confidently and conduct live demonstrations
• Engage viewers, answer product enquiries and encourage purchases
• Plan livestream topics, promotional activities and selling points
• Monitor livestream performance and help improve engagement and sales conversion
• Attend and cover football, futsal, esports and other sporting events
• Conduct pre-match and post-match interviews with players, coaches, teams and event organisers
• Record photographs and videos during matches, tournaments and media events
• Produce event highlights, interview clips, match-day updates and short-form videos
• Plan, record and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts using CapCut and Canva
• Assist with daily operations and customer service at One Tiger Arena, including court bookings, tournaments, promotional activities and events

About you

• Confident, articulate and natural in front of the camera
• Willing and able to conduct TikTok LIVE sessions daily
• Comfortable interviewing footballers, coaches, athletes and other sports personalities
• Hands-on experience using CapCut and Canva
• Able to record and edit short-form social-media content independently
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and conversational English
• Able to work independently and meet content deadlines
• Responsible, punctual, proactive and comfortable handling operational work
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when tournaments or media assignments are scheduled
