Job summary

Joey Yap Group is seeking a dedicated Student Service Executive in Kuala Lumpur to ensure a positive educational journey for clients. You will handle inquiries, coordinate courses and events, maintain student records, and support registration activities while communicating via email, social media, and CRM systems.

The role requires strong English communication, a customer-focused mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks within a busy educational environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proven experience in customer service / student support / administration role.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student management systems or CRM software.
• Only for local citizens.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional student services by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests, maintaining high responsiveness.
• Organize and manage student courses, events, and programs while serving as a primary point of contact for student communications.
• Maintain regular communication with students through emails, and social media, and assist with the registration process, updating student information in the CRM database.
• Maintain accurate student records and administrative documentation to support efficient programme operations and service delivery.
• Monitor and coordinate student-related activities and programme deliverables to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
• Gather feedback to improve services and the overall student experience.
• Develop a deep understanding of company products and services, collaborate with the sales team, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on clients' needs.
