Job summary

Joey Yap Group in Malaysia is seeking an Account Service Executive to serve as the communication bridge between clients and the internal production team, ensuring clarity and smooth execution of projects.

The role requires strong organization, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple clients while coordinating timelines, feedback, approvals, and deliverables to maintain client satisfaction. Location is Mid Valley, KL, with working hours Monday to Friday 9:00am–6:00pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiar with social media and content workflows.
• Able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Comfortable handling fast-paced environments.
• Able to work and calm under pressure.
• Highly responsive and organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Client onboarding and setup
• Main communication bridge between client and internal team
• Manage client servicing and relationship maintenance
• Coordinate timelines, feedback, approvals, and deliverables
• Follow up with clients to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor posting schedules and campaign progress
• Conduct and create performance review reporting for clients
• Escalate issues and solve operational bottlenecks quickly
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention
