Job summary

Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM), the first Chinese university branch campus in Malaysia, is seeking a Student Recruitment Senior Executive/Executive to support data-driven recruitment efforts and reporting.

You will prepare regular reports, analyze lead sources and application progress, monitor performance by region and channel, and maintain accurate records of prospective students and activities. Join a dynamic team to improve enrolment strategies through post-event analyses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular student recruitment reports, lead reports, conversion reports and performance analyses for management review.
• Analyze recruitment data, including lead sources, enquiry trends, application progress, conversion rates, student profiles and recruitment performance.
• Monitor individual, regional and channel performance and identify areas requiring follow-up, improvement or corrective action.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students, applications, recruitment activities and partner performance.
• Conduct post-event and post-campaign analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of recruitment and marketing activities.
