IPK College is seeking a dedicated Student Affairs Officer to support student services, engagement and development. The role covers student affairs administration, recruitment and retention initiatives, student programmes and activities, as well as coordination with students, alumni, student organisations and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Up to 2 years' relevant experience is an added advantage.
• Strong organisation and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative matters related to student admissions, orientation and induction programmes.
• Provide guidance and support to students on programme procedures, policies, academic matters and general concerns.
• Address students’ concerns and grievances and liaise with the relevant departments, counsellors or management when required.
• Coordinate industry sharing talks, workshops and other activities for students.
• Liaise with student organisations, student ambassadors and alumni to support student activities and programmes.
• Coordinate community service activities and collaboration with external organisations.
• Source and facilitate students’ participation in external awards, competitions and other relevant opportunities.
• Assist students in identifying and applying for scholarships or financial assistance.
• Source and establish collaborations with external organisations for job placement, community services, projects and internship opportunities.
• Support the planning and implementation of student services initiatives in line with college requirements and applicable JPT, MQA, ISO, KDN and MyQuest requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
