MSD is seeking an STS Onboarding & Administration Specialist to manage end-to-end supplier onboarding within the Global Business Solutions group in Malaysia. You will ensure timely processing of purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payments, while maintaining strong governance and fraud prevention practices.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business/Accounting/Finance, 3+ years in a finance environment, and SAP plus MS Office proficiency. English and Vietnamese are required; travel <10%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required.
• Minimum 3 years in a finance or accounting environment, 2 years in current role preferred.
• English and Vietnamese language proficiency required (written and spoken).
• SAP experience and strong MS Office skills are mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end supplier onboarding for assigned cases with governance and data changes.
• Proactive supplier outreach (phone & email) to complete onboarding and prevent fraud.
• Execute onboarding in line with standard support model and controls.
• Handle escalations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Provide training and knowledge refreshers; collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and VMD.
