Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in StS processes preferably in a MNC/SSC environment.
• Experience working on regional or global teams.
• Familiarity with US GAAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services in accordance with agreed Service Level, Controls and Governance.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support successful audit results.
• Resolve escalated queries in accordance with agreed SLAs.
