Job summary

Pristine Glory Sdn. Bhd. in Ipoh is seeking a skilled Structural CAD Designer & Material Estimator. You will produce precise 2D shop drawings and generate detailed BOMs to keep projects on time and within budget.

The role requires 3–5 years of structural steel detailing experience and advanced AutoCAD proficiency. Full-time office-based work in Ipoh is required, with a focus on delivering reliable, cost-aware fabrication design.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of solid hands-on experience specifically in structural steel detailing and estimation.
• Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent structural detailing software.
• Location: Must be willing to work full-time at our office/facility in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• CAD Drafting & Modeling: Develop detailed 2D fabrication/shop drawings (including connection details, layouts, and bolt/weld details) for steel frameworks.
• Material Costing & Estimation: Perform comprehensive material take-offs to generate highly accurate Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Project Liaison: Coordinate directly with the workshop fabrication team, project managers, and external suppliers to clarify design details and optimize material usage.
