Job summary

Minconsult Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Structural Design Engineer to perform structural analysis and design for industrial facilities, including RC and structural steel structures. You will prepare calculations, reports, and drawings while ensuring compliance with codes and project specs.

The role requires coordination with clients, multidisciplinary teams, and fabricators, with proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, and Prota. BIM with Revit knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Approximately 10–12 years of relevant experience in structural analysis and design.

Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design for industrial facilities and foundations.
Carry out design calculations, modelling, analysis, and verification.
Review shop drawings and RFIs, and provide technical guidance.
