Job summary

IPS INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking skilled Fitters for structural steel and sheet metal work. You will read drawings, fit, assemble and install components, and work safely on site with attention to quality. Three full-time positions are available.

Ideal candidates have hands-on fitting experience, can use hand and power tools, and communicate well with the team to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fitter or similar mechanical role.
• Ability to read technical drawings and plans.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and specifications.
• Fit, assemble and install mechanical parts and systems.
• Use hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments effectively.
• Ensure safe work practices and comply with company policies.
• Strong teamwork to meet production schedules and project deadlines.
