Experience with piping, welding, and mechanical assembly is preferred. Willingness to travel 1–3 weeks per project, with OT, and outstation allowances provided.
Assemble industrial equipment at our workshop, and install, hook up and support the same equipment at customer sites. You will build machines from drawings, then follow them to site until buy-off. On-the-job training provided — good hands and good attitude matter most.
Assemble equipment frames, panels, tanks and modules from mechanical drawings and BOM — cutting, drilling, tapping, bolting, sealing, leveling.
Fabricate and install process piping and fittings (PVC / PP / PVDF / SS): measuring, cutting, solvent cementing / threading, routing and clamping per drawing.
Mount pumps, valves, filters, heaters, sensors and pneumatic components; route tubing (CDA/N2) and assist basic wiring dressing.
Move in, position, level and anchor equipment at customer site; install interconnecting piping, ducting and hook-up to facility points (DI water, drain, exhaust, CDA).
Support start-up and commissioning: leak checks, flushing, function test, punch-list rectification until customer buy-off.
Carry out site service and warranty support visits (part replacement, adjustment, minor repair) as assigned.
Follow customer site rules: safety induction, PPE, cleanroom protocol / gowning where required, permit-to-work, housekeeping.
Record work done, materials used and site issues; report daily progress to project engineer.
SKM Level 2/3 in Mechanical / Fabrication / Welding / Mechatronic, or SPM with hands‑on mechanical experience.
1–3 years in equipment assembly, piping, fabrication or machine installation preferred; fresh certificate holders with good attitude are welcome.
Able to read basic mechanical/piping drawings and use hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments (tape, level, caliper).
Plastic piping (PVC/PP/PVDF) or TIG/arc welding skill is an added advantage.
Willing to travel and work outstation at customer sites (sometimes 1–3 weeks per project), including OT, weekends and shutdown periods.
Physically fit — able to lift up to 20 kg, work at height on ladder/scaffold, and stand for long hours.
Basic Bahasa Malaysia; simple English to read drawings and checklists. Own transport to workshop preferred.
