Job summary

ZALORA Group in Malaysia is offering a Strategy Office–PMO Intern role to support portfolio governance, cross-functional program execution, and executive reporting. You’ll track OKRs and strategic initiatives, maintain project plans and risks/issues logs, and contribute to business reviews.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to PMO operations, governance, and KPI analytics, with opportunities to drive process improvements in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to distill updates into clear narratives and visuals.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheets for data insights.

Responsibilities

• Update project plans and follow up on action items with stakeholders.
• Assist in project delivery operations and maintain dashboards.
• Provide insights and analysis for reports and reviews.
• Help standardize PMO templates (charters, status packs, checklists).
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and research best practices for new initiatives.
• Support internal workshops, trainings and quarterly reviews.
