Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Good knowledge or interest in process improvement and operational performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills an advantage.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle and improve 5S audit across departments.
• Conduct process confirmation to find improvement opportunities.
• Draft, create, and publish Standard Operations Procedure (SOP).
• Organize and execute Operational Excellence events.
• Participate in process mapping and improvement workshops.
