Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or similar leadership roles.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer brands, retail, or e‑commerce is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional strategic initiatives and organisational transformation.
• Strong commercial acumen with balancing long‑term strategy and execution.
• Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive Malaysia's office long‑term strategic roadmap aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, market expansion, and product growth areas.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis for decision support.
• Provide strategic recommendations to CEO and leadership on priorities.
• Monitor performance across brands, markets, channels to accelerate growth and profitability.
• Lead strategic initiatives focused on revenue, acquisition, retention, AOV, and LTV.
• Champion AI adoption, automation, and digital transformation across the business.
• Lead governance, milestones, and reporting for key strategic projects.
