Job summary

DELI MALAYSIA E-COMMERCE SDN BHD is seeking a strategic leader to steer growth across its local e-commerce portfolio in Malaysia. You will translate the Group's strategy into a 3–5 year roadmap, develop annual plans, and drive execution through objective setting and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Understand and execute the Group's strategy with opportunities in the local e-commerce market.
• Develop annual e-commerce plans and cascade objectives to departments.
• Drive plan execution through goal management, performance reviews, and evaluations.
• Analyze the local market and align with category development for a multi-brand, multi-category, multi-channel store portfolio.
• Create sales targets, budgets, and promotional strategies for online stores.
• Plan platform campaigns, promotions, and procurement for platform resources.
• Manage monthly paid advertising plans including Facebook Ads and ROI improvements.
• Assist in selecting new products and planning initial purchase orders for launches; optimize product listings and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual business plan across departments to achieve targets.
• Monitor sales against targets and drive sales planning and promotions.
• Lead online sales strategy development and budgeting for key categories.
