Job summary

Malaysia Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd (MRT Corp) seeks an experienced Workforce & Growth professional to act as an internal consultant, translating organisational strategy into workforce, leadership and capability requirements for senior management.

The role blends strategic workforce planning, organisational development, psychology and evidence-based management development to strengthen leadership effectiveness and organisational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in related field with strong analytical and planning capabilities.
• Master's degree would be advantageous for strategic leadership roles.
• Experience translating strategy into workforce and capability requirements.
• Background in leadership development and behavioural science preferred.
• Ability to advise senior executives on workforce matters with strong business acumen.
• Experience in a large, project-based or infrastructure-related organisation is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and medium-term workforce planning for Senior Managers and above.
• Translate corporate strategies into workforce, leadership and capability requirements.
• Partner with Business Planning, Finance and senior leaders on manpower priorities.
• Apply psychology, diagnostics and evidence-based methods to performance issues.
• Advise executives on workforce configuration, leadership capability, and readiness.
• Design management development interventions including coaching, rotations and projects.
• Develop leadership capability frameworks for critical senior roles.
• Evaluate the impact of workforce and development interventions.
• Provide insights to support management decision making.
