MRT Corp invites an experienced senior leader to head Administration across Workplace Operations, Fleet & Logistics, and Workplace Services. You will provide strategic and operational governance, strengthen service delivery, cost efficiency and the employee workplace experience.

Lead the function that keeps MRT Corp's workplaces safe, reliable, efficient and ready to perform.
We are looking for an experienced senior leader to lead and transform our Administration function across Workplace Operations, Fleet Management & Logistics, Workplace Services and Administration Excellence.
This is not a traditional office administration role. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of workplace services, while strengthening governance, service delivery, cost efficiency and the employee workplace experience.
Workplace Operations
Lead office facilities, buildings and workplace infrastructure to provide a safe, reliable and productive working environment.
Oversee maintenance, security, cleaning, M&E services and statutory compliance.
Drive workplace planning, refurbishment, office optimisation, preventive and corrective maintenance and business continuity readiness.
Fleet Management & Logistics
Lead company fleet operations with accountability for vehicle availability, safety, compliance, utilisation and cost optimisation.
Oversee transport services, dispatch, mailroom and logistics activities.
Establish effective fleet maintenance, utilisation and replacement strategies.
Workplace Services
Lead front-of-house and workplace support services including reception, office support, pantry and tea services, purchasing support and day-to-day office operations.
Establish clear service standards, responsiveness measures and customer experience metrics.
Ensure consistent service delivery across Headquarters and regional offices.
Strengthen governance, standardisation and continuous improvement across Administration.
Establish KPIs, SLAs, operational dashboards and performance reporting.
Drive digitalisation and automation to improve productivity and customer experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, statutory regulations and risk management practices.
Manage external service providers and build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.
Build a high-performing Administration team through coaching, capability development and performance management.
You will bring:
A degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 10 years of leadership experience in administration, facilities, workplace operations or corporate services.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary operational teams.
Strong exposure to facilities management, fleet operations, procurement governance and workplace services.
Experience leading organisational transformation, continuous improvement or service improvement initiatives.
Strong vendor and contract management capability, including managing service performance through KPIs and SLAs.
Sound financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, control costs and deliver value.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work across functions and senior levels.
A data-driven, disciplined and results-oriented approach to execution.
We are particularly interested in leaders who can combine operational rigour with service excellence — someone who can challenge existing ways of working, improve processes and standards, and still ensure that day-to-day operations are delivered reliably.

MRT Corp was established in 2011 and is fully owned by the Minister of Finance (Incorporated). In 2017, MRT Corp successfully delivered the country’s first MRT line, MRT Kajang Line. This is followed by the MRT Putrajaya Line which was successfully delivered in 2023.
MRT Corp has also been appointed as the Malaysian InfraCo for the Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link Project between Johor Bahru and Singapore. The full opening of the line is targeted to be on 31 December 2026.
