Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is seeking a Category & Channel Planning Manager to drive revenue management and trade spend optimization. You will link commercial strategy with financial performance and ensure investments deliver maximum value.

You will collaborate with customer teams, Sales Finance, and Marketing to deliver regular ROI insights and post-evaluation for future investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in FMCG sector.
• Minimum 5 years in revenue management, trade planning, commercial finance, or sales planning.
• Proven ability to manage trade spend budgets and promotional investment planning.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer teams to track, monitor, and drive progress towards revenue KPIs.
• Monitor revenue realization of cost price increases; identify gaps and corrective actions.
