British American Tobacco DBS invites applications for an Account Executive in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role focuses on planning, negotiating, and implementing initiatives to grow volume, market share, and profitability across a defined account portfolio as part of the GTR marketing strategy.

You will build strong customer relationships, execute plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new product categories while ensuring OTIF delivery and optimized trade spend.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of trade marketing experience in a multinational setting.
• Ability to work independently while achieving targets.
• Strong collaboration, influence and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of nicotine regulations, tax and excise implications.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of assigned accounts to deliver targets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Execute account plans and ensure seamless implementation of strategies.
• Drive launches and execution of new product categories with teams.
• Ensure OTIF delivery across accounts and day-to-day operations.
• Optimize trade spend and manage retail, distribution partners and agencies.
• Conduct business reviews and provide actionable insights via reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support account strategies
