The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of trade marketing experience in a multinational, with strong English communication, and the ability to operate independently while achieving targets.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of trade marketing experience within a multinational organization; global travel retail exposure is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently while achieving goals.
• Strong collaboration, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and planning capabilities.
• Sound understanding of cross-functional operations (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, IT, Customer Service, Legal, HR, agencies).
• Proficient in spoken and written English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of assigned accounts to deliver volume, market share, and profitability targets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers and key stakeholders across accounts.
• Execute account plans effectively and ensure timely, in-full delivery across accounts.
• Drive the launch and execution of new product categories with account managers and activation teams.
• Optimize trade spend and improve returns through management of retail, distribution partners, and agencies.
• Conduct business reviews, analyze market and account performance, and provide actionable insights.
