Job summary

EVD BERHAD in Malaysia seeks a Bid Coordinator to coordinate, prepare, design and compile bid submission documents (technical and commercial) for tendering activities. You will contribute to tender questionnaires, clarifications and pre-qualifications to support winning proposals.

You will assist the Bid Manager and Budget Head by aligning bid submissions with pricing strategy and by preparing presentations that cover proposed solutions and services for each tender.

Qualifications

• To coordinate, prepare, design and compile bid submission documents (both technical and commercial) in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, tender clarification and pre-qualifications.
