Job summary

Hong Guan Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to lead business development and sales growth initiatives across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. You will identify opportunities, develop strategic relationships and drive revenue for power supply and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B technical sales, with the ability to engage customers, understand requirements and build long-term opportunities. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, business development or technical sales.
• Ability to lead and coach a sales team.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, forecasting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Expand customer base and market presence across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
• Lead customer meetings, product presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Coach sales teams in prospecting, engagement and opportunity conversion.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Marketing to support customer requirements.
