Job summary

Reeracoen Malaysia is looking for a recruiter to source and evaluate talent for various roles in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews across multiple channels, and ensure accurate data entry in the HR system.

The role requires clear communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to work under pressure to meet monthly targets. You will build relationships with candidates and clients while handling documentation and interview logistics.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing and evaluating potential talents across different job levels.
• Sourcing and scouting suitable candidates through various methods such as job sites or social media etc to fill open positions.
• Conducting interview through various methods - face-to-face, Skype, phone / video call etc.
• Input candidate's data & information into HR system for progress tracking.
• Introduce or recommend positions to candidates with relevant experience.
• Arranging interview session between client and candidate.
• Conduct reference and background checks on candidates when required by Client.
• Attending recruitment events and job fairs.
• Build relationship and keep candidates informed about their application status.
• Collect documentation such as PDPA form, certificates, and other relevant forms from candidates.
• Achieve monthly individual target & KPI.
