Job summary

Great Eastern is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for the organisation in Kuala Lumpur. You will source, screen, interview and onboard talent, collaborating with business leaders to meet hiring needs.

You will deploy assessment tools to shorten time-to-hire while controlling costs, represent the firm at career events, and ensure smooth candidate communication and offers. Strong MS Office skills and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in financial services or insurance.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to understand hiring needs and source suitable candidates.
• Assist with execution of recruitment plans with business leaders to fill open positions.
• Recommend and deploy assessment tools to reduce time-to-hire while managing costs.
• Represent the company at external career fairs and recruitment forums.
• Liaise with line managers to coordinate interviews and candidate updates.
• Provide accurate communication of job offers to candidates.
• Analyse recruitment data to support offers and hiring decisions.
• Ensure pre-employment screening and checks are completed prior to offers.
• Develop a database of contacts for proactive sourcing.
• Review and refine recruitment process to improve candidate experience.
