Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in talent acquisition, with agency/in-house mix.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment lifecycle knowledge and channel effectiveness.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven with attention to detail and simplification.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and good prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruiting strategy aligned with the technology growth blueprint.
• Screen resumes for technical skills, certifications and culture-fit.
• Conduct pre-screening calls and structured interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and align recruitment with goals.
• Build and maintain networks of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stay aligned to industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
• Support in ad hoc initiatives such as talent mapping and employer branding.
