Capital A is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Recruitment to lead full-lifecycle talent acquisition across its diverse businesses and leverage Workday to optimize hiring workflows. The role is on-site at Wisma Capital A (Bukit Damansara, KL), requiring a strategic, data-driven approach and tight collaboration with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.

You will build strong pipelines, manage candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, and drive workforce planning

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical capability.
• Hands-on experience using Workday or similar ATS for recruitment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment across diverse business lines.
• Strategic sourcing & headhunting to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from contact to onboarding.
• Use Workday ATS to manage requisitions, pipelines, approvals, workflows, and analytics.
• Maintain recruiting metrics and dashboards to drive data-informed decisions.
• Participate in career fairs and university partnerships to elevate the employer brand.
