Job summary

Aonic AB, based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, seeks a strategic Talent Acquisition leader to translate manpower plans into department org charts and recruitment plans. You will manage budgets, source channels, and lead hiring for critical roles while partnering with Marketing on employer branding.

You will also drive onboarding improvements, track key metrics, and coach a small TA team to deliver high-volume and specialist staffing with speed and quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 6–8 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in recruitment/talent acquisition (high-volume and specialist hiring).
• Hands-on experience with job portals, social media sourcing, recruitment budgeting, and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic talent acquisition with annual recruitment plans, budgets and channel optimization.
• Oversee day-to-day recruitment for volume roles and ensure job adverts meet standards.
• Coach and develop executives and interns with clear priorities and regular check-ins.
• Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding and onboarding optimization.
• Improve onboarding, offboarding and work-support processes and track metrics.
