Job summary

Aonic AB in Malaysia seeks a leadership-level HR professional to drive strategic talent acquisition, oversee recruitment operations, and enhance onboarding and employer branding. You will translate manpower plans into actionable recruitment and org charts, and partner with Marketing and Finance to optimise channels and budgets.

The role requires 6–8 years in HR with substantial recruitment experience, plus hands-on use of portals, social sourcing, budgeting and ATS.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business administration or psychology.
• 6–8 years HR experience with at least 4 years in recruitment.
• Hands-on with portals, social sourcing, budgeting and ATS.
• Retail/technical/field operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build the annual recruitment plan per department with timelines and budget.
• Select and review sourcing channels and optimize spend.
• Propose the recruitment budget and track cost-per-hire.
• Lead hiring for critical and specialist roles.
• Track recruitment metrics and recommend improvements.
• Oversee day-to-day recruitment for volume roles and coach staff.
