Job summary

ZALORA Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Import Shipments Coordinator to manage end-to-end freight activities for bulk orders, from PO creation to cargo readiness and liaison with freight forwarders to meet warehouse deadlines.

You will ensure all documents (invoices, packing lists, AWB, BL) are complete, build productive relationships with forwarders and suppliers, and maintain accurate shipping records and billing verification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2+ years of freight forwarding / supply chain experience.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and results oriented.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures; strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end import shipment process for bulk Zalora orders, including PO creation, cargo readiness, and liaison with freight forwarders to meet warehouse deadlines.
• Verify that each shipment contains complete and accurate documents (invoices, packing list, AWB, BL).
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely stock delivery to Zalora RDC.
• Update shipment information in internal systems and store all shipping documents electronically and physically.
• Review freight invoices against rate cards prior to payment approval.
• Ensure warehouse shipments are compliant with company policies, bonded warehouse requirements, and AEO guidelines.
