Job summary

Masimo in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia, seeks a Planner to support quarterly, monthly and daily production planning. You will manage production orders, assess capacity against demand and work with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality and Finance to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes forecasting, inventory control and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. On-site position with competitive benefits and Danaher system alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Operations, Business or Marketing.
• Experience in supply chain planning with knowledge of planning, procurement, manufacturing and distribution.
• Strong forecasting understanding and impact on production and inventory.
• Excellent quantitative, statistical, analytical and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage production orders based on build plans and demand.
• Analyze capacity and demand, identify constraints and escalate issues.
• Support forecasting, monitor accuracy, maintain inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Production and Quality.
